Website role
The website provides information and a channel for non-binding B2B sourcing enquiries. It is not a consumer checkout, public inventory feed, manufacturer website or unconditional offer to sell.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an RFQ does not create an order. Product, quantity, condition, price, taxes, currency, payment, verification, delivery term and timing must be confirmed in a written quotation or contract.
Specifications
The buyer must review model, region, compatibility, voltage, plug, software, accessories, condition, packaging and destination requirements. Substitutions require documented agreement.
Availability and timing
Displayed quantities, statuses and timing windows are interface examples unless expressly identified in a current written quotation. Availability can change before acceptance and any deposit or payment condition is satisfied.
Verification
Inspection or verification is limited to the agreed scope and sample. It does not create a manufacturer warranty or guarantee hidden defects, future performance or destination compliance.
Third parties
Carriers, inspectors, warehouses, payment providers and other independent suppliers may participate. Their terms, limits and service conditions can apply in addition to a transaction agreement.
Import and compliance
The buyer is responsible for confirming lawful import, customs classification, duties, licences, radio approvals, battery transport, environmental duties, product safety and resale disclosures unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Intellectual property
The website design and original text are protected. Third-party names and marks remain property of their owners and may be used only as descriptive references. No affiliation is implied.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, submit unlawful requests, impersonate another business, scrape excessively, transmit malware or use the channel to procure prohibited or counterfeit goods.
Liability and governing terms
Website information is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted access or transaction availability. Any transaction-specific liability, claims process and governing law must be set in the applicable written agreement.
Changes
These website terms may change to reflect operations or law. Continued use after publication means the updated website-use terms apply from that point; existing signed contracts remain governed by their own terms.
